SATURDAY NIGHT: Mainly cloudy. Periods of wet snow likely northern areas. A wintry mix changing to rain southern VT. Snow accumulation 1 to locally 4” higher terrain Barre- Montpelier north. A low in the upper 20s N. & low 30s South. Light north winds.

SUNDAY: Considerable cloudiness. Occasional light rain with pockets of freezing rain northern Vermont in the afternoon with a risk for slick icy travel especially western Vermont. A high low to mid 30s far north, otherwise mid 30s to low 40s. Light winds.
