Black Flannel Chef, Milkweed, Chef Frank Pace, Artist Natasha Bogar

In Vermont Viewpoint by WDEV Radio

We’ll hear from one chef today and about another one. Starting up, we meet Black Flannel’s Christian Kruse, who was recently nominated as a semifinalist for best chef in the Northeast by the James Beard Foundation. Next, we’ll learn about the benefits of milkweed. After that, national correspondent Bob Ney updates us. Then Sally Pollak of Seven Days tells us about the career of chef Frank Pace, who recently purchased August First Bakery and Café in Burlington. And we finish the morning speaking with Bolton artist Natasha Bogar, whose work adorns the exterior of the Stowe Street Café in Waterbury.
