A Carbon Tax and Improving Roads to Promote Clean Streams

A group of mayors from around the Northeast is pushing for a carbon tax to push people to reduce use of carbon-based fuels and address climate change. Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger joins Dave to discuss the idea. Later, Gina Anderson of the Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation visits to talk about a state program aimed at improving rural roads to enhance the water quality in nearby streams.
