We’re talking food for the first hour this morning. First, we meet the winner of the Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship, Adam Monette of St. Albans. Then we’ll learn about a Belgian company that is distributing its plant-based veggie dogs, ham slices and other products from Bolton. After that, we head to Orwell to learn how to blow glass and discuss the glass heating and melting equipment that the company manufactures. And we’ll finish off with a half hour of open phones.
