The State House in Montpelier is reopening to visitors. Vermont State Curator David Schutz gives us a tour of the building and talks about what work needed to be done to prepare for guests again. Next, artist and science writer Rachel Sargent Mirus joins us to discuss several of the outdoors stories she’s written recently for Northern Woodlands magazine. Next, we head to Jericho to learn about Lucy & Howe, the nano-brewery Jesse Cronin started just over a year ago. And we finish in Williamstown to hear the story of Bergamot + Amor, handcrafted bag and gear makers, who just got up and running this year. They’ve been keeping the Granitevillle Post Office very busy at they ship their bags all around the country and the world.
