TONIGHT: Mostly clear this evening, then increasing high cloudiness. Rather cold. A low 10 to 15 above. Light north to northwest winds.

WEDNESDAY: High cloudiness with a few hints of sun early. Thickening clouds in the afternoon. A high about 25. Light northeast winds.
