TONIGHT: Scattered clouds. Isolated flurries toward the Northeast Kingdom. A low ranging through the 20s. West to northwest winds 10 to 20 mph.

THURSDAY: Mixed sun and clouds. Isolated rain or snow showers. Colder. Blustery to windy in the afternoon. A high in the low to mid 30s. Northwest winds 10 to 25 mph with higher gusts.
