Scattered rain showers redevelop with spotty freezing rain returning late this afternoon. A high northern areas near 30, and mid 30s central and southern areas. South winds 10 mph.

TONIGHT: Pockets of freezing rain east of the Green Mountains this evening…transitioning to all rain before midnight. Areas of fog developing overnight. Temperatures rising into the upper 30s to low 40s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.

THURSDAY: Gray. Rain moderate at times…mixing back to periods of wet snow in the afternoon. Accumulation of 1 to 3 inches of slush. A morning high in the low 40s…then temperatures falling into the 20s. Winds shifting to northwesterly 10 to 20 mph.
